Booking accommodation with your registration
Unfortunately all our accommodation has now been fully booked. We are currently trying to negotiate with some venues for additional rooms, but this cannot be guaranteed and in the meantime you are welcome to make your own arrangements. There are quite a few venues around South Bank and in the Brisbane CBD that are within walking distance of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. This map may assist you with your plans.
Payment for accommodation
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online conference registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wider range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment (including Diners and American Express). Accommodation providers have varying deposit and guarantee requirements (please refer to each hotel’s payment and cancellation policies below). After the booking is established your credit card guarantee will be managed by the accommodation provider.
You may prepay the full amount of your accommodation via EFT (bank transfer) directly to the hotel within 30 days prior to check in. Please email the symposium secretariat at email@example.com to request a pro-forma tax invoice for prepayment.

If you wish to settle your accommodation account with a credit card of whom you are not the signatory, please complete the appropriate credit card form below and return directly to your hotel.
Changes to your accommodation booking
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the symposium secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Extending your stay
If you have already booked accommodation through us and wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in an email to email@example.com Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before the update can be confirmed.
