Symposium registration is now open. Please read the registration information below in full before registering via the below link.
Group registration simply allows you to be invoiced once for the group. Each individual will receive a confirmation email (as long as you include their own email address in their details) but without an invoice attached. Please note: You will still need to input information for each attendee.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to email@example.com.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance at all symposium sessions
- Delegate satchel
- Attendance at the welcome reception
- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Tickets to the casual barbecue dinner and symposium dinner are additional to the registration fees.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. Unfortunately all our accommodation has now been fully booked. Please see the Accommodation page for more information.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact the symposium secretariat on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: email@example.com.

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the symposium secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday 23 July 2018 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of A$110. Registration fees will not be refunded after Monday, 23 July 2018 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the meeting provided the secretariat is advised in writing.
